Refund policy

We offer a 30-day straightforward return policy. 

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please email us at magic@pixiesandberries.com with the order number of the item you wish to return. We will respond with the return address and a return number.

You will need to ship the item back to the provided return address, and the shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Upon receiving and verifying the unused condition of the item, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

If you want to ensure a smooth exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the desired item.

If you are shipping the merchandise to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, regardless of the reason. The conditions for return are the same as mentioned earlier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
