Do you ship EU?
Yes, we ship whole EU. Delivery-time varies from 1-7 working-days. We ship every Friday from the Netherlands.
Do you ship UK?
Yes, we do.
Do you ship outside EU?
No, we don’t ship directly outside the EU except for the UK. If you are enthusiastic about our products but are outside the EU/UK, please contact your preferred local shop and ask them to contact us.
Shipping & Returns Policy - Pixies and Berries
Shipping Information:
We only dispatch packages valued at a minimum order of €30 EUR & £30 GBP with FREE shipping.
FREE SHIPPING automatically calculated at the checkout.
The expected shipping dates provided on our webshop are realistic estimates based on agreements with our suppliers. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, these dates may be subject to change. Pixies and Berries will not be held liable for any consequences arising from revised shipping dates. The actual delivery time to your location depends on the workload of the postal service.
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Return Policy: At Pixies and Berries, we have a straightforward return policy:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our products (according our return policy)
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are only accepted for products that are in unused condition.
