1. Returns and Refunds
   1.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase.
   1.2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
   1.3. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
   a. Send an email to magic@pixiesandberries.com with the order number of the item you wish to return.
   b. Receive the return address and return authorization number via email.
   c. Ship the item back to us at the provided return address, at your own expense.
   1.4. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it has not been used, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

2. Product Condition
   2.1. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
   2.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return criteria or if it shows signs of use or damage.

3. Shipping and Delivery
   3.1. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, please note that shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
   3.2. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
